All of Aodan’s family are great paladins and warriors of Azeroth, but the young man does not at all like military craft. He desperately wants to become a magician. When his father forbids him to practice magic at home, Aodhan goes to study the arcane arts in the magical city of Dalaran.

But his studies have to be postponed… The city is attacked by a flock of blue dragons! In the chaos reigning around, Aodan unexpectedly meets his uncle, the magician Crevan. After escaping from prison, he takes the impressionable young man under his wing, and together they try to protect the city. However, the situation in Dalaran is deteriorating, and now only Aodhan can cope with the threat hanging over the city…

Но обучение приходится отложить… На город нападает стая синих драконов! В царящем вокруг хаосе Аодан неожиданно встречает своего дядю — мага Кревана. После побега из тюрьмы он берёт впечатлительного юношу под своё крыло, и они вместе пытаются защитить город. Однако ситуация в Даларане ухудшается, и теперь только Аодан может справиться с угрозой, нависшей над городом…
