In this series of lectures, Rudolf Steiner demonstrates the fruitfulness of the artistic approach to establishing correspondences between the Macrocosm and the microcosm, showing how man is the “common denominator” of Eagle, Leo and Taurus, and also pointing out the main temptations that stand in connection with this paths of Western and Eastern civilizations. Based on the developed approach, the lecturer comes to the conclusion that a person is like a choir of world voices sounding in the outside world. It indicates the correspondence of human organs and the processes of thinking, breathing, blood circulation and digestion to the creatures of the outside world: animals, insects, birds, reptiles and fish.
