This publication offers a Russian translation of meditative sayings – an integral part of the First Grade lessons of the Free Higher School of Spiritual Science. The lessons were taught by Rudolf Steiner at the Goetheanum in Dornach (Switzerland) from February 15 to August 2, 1924 and are the fundamental foundation of the meditative path for modern spiritual discipleship. As an appendix at the end of the book, significant, sometimes dramatic, facts related to the history of the development of the School in the 20th century are given. The invaluable role in this story of one of the outstanding students and close collaborator of R. Steiner is highlighted. In addition, the publication includes an article by the translator of Klass’s sayings on the general problems of translating meditative texts.
