The first part of the book provides a complete description of the runic oracle in the form of a runic layout of the nine worlds, the entire methodology of the layouts and all interpretations. Different types of layouts are being considered, including a qubit layout and a dynamic qubit layout, which is essentially a model of existing reality.

The second part of the book provides runic diagnostics according to the Runic Circle, carried out by two runic sets with a detailed description of the diagnostics itself and with all interpretations. This book provides a more informative and accurate version of the diagnosis with interpretations refined during practice.

The third part of the book describes the runic diagnosis of a person for the presence of: the influence of past lives (karmic problem), subdivision, program, engram (subconscious program), organic engram, ethereal (energy) essence. The diagnostic description describes in detail the essence of possible problems and the reasons for the occurrence of these problems, and also provides an understanding of the method that can save a person from the identified problem.
