Монография посвящена возможностям малоинвазивного лечения цирроза печени, в т. ч. в стадии декомпенсации с явлениями коагулопатии и тромбоцитопении. Биологические основы эффективности разработанного метода подтверждены в эксперименте и клинике. Доказано, что введение криопреципитата в ткань печени при циррозе вызывает регенерацию функционально сохранных участков паренхимы с образованием упорядоченной балочной структуры и сохранением физиологического соотношения элементов паренхимы и стромы органа. Это способствует улучшению клинико-лабораторных данных и морфологической картины заболевания, в т. ч. улучшению внутрипеченочного кровотока и снижению явлений портальной гипертензии.

The monograph is devoted to the possibilities of minimally invasive treatment of liver cirrhosis, including in the stage of decompensation with symptoms of coagulopathy and thrombocytopenia. The biological basis for the effectiveness of the developed method has been confirmed experimentally and clinically. It has been proven that the introduction of cryoprecipitate into liver tissue in cirrhosis causes the regeneration of functionally intact areas of parenchyma with the formation of an ordered beam structure and preservation of the physiological ratio of the elements of the parenchyma and the stroma of the organ. This helps to improve clinical and laboratory data and the morphological picture of the disease, including improving intrahepatic blood flow and reducing the phenomena of portal hypertension.
