It reveals the story of a man who has long become a legend, and recreates the charming image of Georgiy Dimitrov, an outstanding fighter for the happiness of the peoples of the whole world. The basis of the story is the most eventful years of the hero’s life and struggle. Readers will visit him in his native Bulgaria and in young Soviet Russia, see him at the coal face among the miners and in the dangerous underground, on the rostrum of parliament and in the fascist courtroom – in a duel with Goering. This one-of-a-kind fight allowed the writer to show the irresistible power of the communist, who became the winner at the Leipzig trial, and turned from a defendant into a judge of fascism. The author describes the meetings of G.M. Dimitrov with V.I. Lenin, talks about his friendship with D. Blagoev.
