The works of S. M. Stepnyak-Kravchinsky in two volumes were published in 1987 by the Khudozhestvennaya Literatura publishing house. The first volume includes two of the author’s most famous works – “Russia under the Rule of the Tsars” and “Underground Russia”. They trace the history of the Russian liberation movement, the origins of the worldview of the Narodnaya Volya revolutionaries, as well as the individual fates of the revolutionaries of the 70s and 80s of the 19th century. The second volume includes works of fiction: the novel “Andrei Kozhukhov”, the story “House on the Volga”, biographies of revolutionaries S. Bardina, O. Lyubatovich, D. Garibaldi.
