Пятое издание учебника написано в полном соответствии с федеральным государственным образовательным стандартом высшего образования (ФГОС ВО) по направлению подготовки 31.05.01 «Лечебное дело» (уровень специалитета) по дисциплине «Факультетская терапия». Учебник нацелен на формирование компетенций ФГОС ВО 3+: ОПК-9, ПК-5, ПК-6, ПК-8, ПК-9, ПК-10, ПК-11, ПК-14, ПК-15, ПК-16.

Структура учебника построена таким образом, что каждый модуль по факультетской терапии — пульмонология, кардиология, гастроэнтерология, нефрология, ревматология, гематология — начинается с клинико-функциональной анатомии соответствующих органов и систем, патохимии, патофизиологии и пропедевтики внутренних болезней, которая освещает методы клинического исследования и семиотику соответствующего раздела терапии. Это позволяет студенту вспомнить все три предыдущих курса обучения и оптимально подготовиться к усвоению материала соответствующего модуля по факультетской терапии. Далее подробно раскрывается частная патология, которая представлена по факультетскому принципу: определение заболевания, его этиология и патогенез, клиническая картина, диагностика, дифференциальная диагностика, лечение и профилактика. По наиболее актуальным разделам терапии приводится подробное описание фармакологических препаратов и их клиническое применение. При подготовке данного учебника были использованы стандарты и клинические рекомендации Министерства здравоохранения РФ, Всероссийского научного общества кардиологов, Европейского общества кардиологов и других российских и зарубежных профессиональных сообществ.

The fifth edition of the textbook was written in full compliance with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education (FSES VO) in the direction of training 05/31/01 “General Medicine” (specialty level) in the discipline “Faculty Therapy”. The textbook is aimed at developing the competencies of Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education 3+: GPC-9, PC-5, PC-6, PC-8, PC-9, PC-10, PC-11, PC-14, PC-15, PC-16.

The structure of the textbook is constructed in such a way that each module on faculty therapy – pulmonology, cardiology, gastroenterology, nephrology, rheumatology, hematology – begins with the clinical and functional anatomy of the relevant organs and systems, pathochemistry, pathophysiology and propaedeutics of internal diseases , which covers the methods of clinical research and the semiotics of the corresponding section of therapy. This allows the student to remember all three previous courses of study and optimally prepare for mastering the material of the corresponding module in faculty therapy. Next, private pathology is revealed in detail, which is presented according to the faculty principle: definition of the disease, its etiology and pathogenesis, clinical picture, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment and prevention. For the most relevant sections of therapy, a detailed description of pharmacological drugs and their clinical use is provided. In preparing this textbook, the standards and clinical recommendations of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, the All-Russian Scientific Society of Cardiology, the European Society of Cardiology and other Russian and foreign professional communities were used.
