Интеллектуальный капитал и интеллектуальная миграция в условиях глобализации В данной монографии акцент сделан на исследовании интеллектуальной миграции, которая является частью трудовой миграции. Рассматриваются ее типы, причины и последствия для стран ? доноров и реципиентов, даются социально-демографические характеристики структурных потоков, выявляются мотивы перемещений студентов, аспирантов и ученых. Авторы описывают методологию и методы изучения миграционных процессов. Данная работа выступает частью исследования, основным посылом которого является возможность повышения эффективности системы управления миграцией как явлением с целью построения экономики инновационного развития в России. Работа выполнена на базе Лаборатории по изучению миграционных процессов Российского университета дружбы народов. Работа может представлять ценность для ученых и практиков, интересующихся проблемами миграции, органов государственного регулирования миграции, образовательных учреждений, реализующих программы академической мобильности.

Intellectual capital and intellectual migration in the context of globalization In this monograph, the emphasis is on the study of intellectual migration, which is part of labor migration. Are its types, causes and consequences for countries considered? donors and recipients, socio-demographic characteristics of structural flows are given, and the motives for the movements of students, graduate students and scientists are identified. The authors describe the methodology and methods for studying migration processes. This work is part of a study, the main message of which is the possibility of increasing the efficiency of the system for managing migration as a phenomenon in order to build an economy of innovative development in Russia. The work was carried out at the Laboratory for the Study of Migration Processes of the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia. The work may be of value to scientists and practitioners interested in migration issues, government agencies regulating migration, and educational institutions implementing academic mobility programs.
