Учебное пособие предназначено для самостоятельной работы студентов 6 курса медико-профилактического факультета по дисциплине «Санитарно-гигиенические лабораторные исследования».

В пособии изложены теоретические и методические материалы по санитарно-гигиеническим исследованиям. Рассмотрены методы отбора и подготовки проб объектов окружающей среды для санитарно-гигиенических лабораторных исследований. Приводятся ситуационные задачи, примеры расчета различных показателей, тестовые задания, помогающие студентам овладеть практическими навыками, необходимыми при гигиенической оценке факторов окружающей среды и условий труда в санитарно-гигиенических лабораториях отдела лабораторного дела (испытательных центрах).

В пособии рассмотрены теоретические и практические аспекты обеспечения санитарного надзора в системе «человек-среда обитания в условиях населенных мест».

Пособие составлено, в соответствии с рабочей программой дисциплины «Санитарно-гигиенические лабораторные исследования», разработаны с учетом требований ФГОС ВО (3++) по специальности 32.05.01 Медико-профилактическое дело (уровень специальности), утвержденного приказом Министерства образования и науки РФ № 552 от 15.06.2017 г. Научная специальность — 14.02.01 Гигиена.

The textbook is intended for independent work of 6th year students of the Faculty of Preventive Medicine in the discipline “Sanitary and Hygienic Laboratory Research”.

The manual contains theoretical and methodological materials on sanitary and hygienic research. Methods for collecting and preparing samples of environmental objects for sanitary and hygienic laboratory research are considered. Situational problems, examples of calculating various indicators, and test tasks are provided to help students master the practical skills necessary for the hygienic assessment of environmental factors and working conditions in the sanitary and hygienic laboratories of the laboratory department (testing centers).

The manual examines the theoretical and practical aspects of ensuring sanitary supervision in the “person-environment” system in populated areas.

The manual has been compiled in accordance with the work program of the discipline “Sanitary and Hygienic Laboratory Research”, developed taking into account the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education (3++) in the specialty 32.05.01 Medical and preventive care (specialty level), approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation No. 552 of June 15, 2017.
