The brochure “Signs and Omens of Mobile Councils” contained important information that was completely new. They were introduced by Teachers for the first time with the aim of clearly organizing all planned work with the local population of cities. At this stage, the Cosmic Leaders revealed the position of the so-called altar group. The altar group was created from employees active during the days of the cathedral in a particular city. Her task was to provide comprehensive organizational assistance in carrying out spiritual work, thanks to which people will be able to perceive the knowledge coming from the Teachers.
