Данное практическое руководство для врачей посвящено одной из актуальных проблем восстановительной медицины – реабилитации детей, страдающих функциональными заболеваниями кишечника (функциональный запор, функциональная абдоминальная боль, функциональная диарея и др.) Патология пищеварительной системы такого характера у детей, особенно в раннем возрасте, преобладает над воспалительной. Задача реабилитационных мероприятий – восстановление нарушенных функций желудочно-кишечного тракта. В руководстве даются практические рекомендации по организации режима дня и отдыха, лечебного питания пациентов в восстановительный период, по применению овощей и фруктов с терапевтической целью, приводятся рецепты некоторых блюд. This practical guide for doctors is devoted to one of the current problems of restorative medicine – the rehabilitation of children suffering from functional intestinal diseases (functional constipation, functional abdominal pain, functional diarrhea, etc.) Pathology of the digestive system of this nature in children, especially at an early age, prevails over the inflammatory one. The goal of rehabilitation measures is to restore impaired functions of the gastrointestinal tract. The guide provides practical recommendations on organizing a daily routine and rest, therapeutic nutrition for patients during the recovery period, on the use of vegetables and fruits for therapeutic purposes, and provides recipes for some dishes. Particular attention is paid to the correction of disturbed intestinal microbiocenosis, the use of non-drug methods of restorative treatment (herbal medicine, medical treatment, drinking mineral waters, therapeutic exercises), the basics of sanatorium-resort treatment of patients with intestinal diseases. The final chapter provides specific recommendations for organizing dispensary services for patients, taking into account the author’s many years of experience and data from the domestic literature. Attached are instructions for parents.
