Гольцов В.: Острый панкреатит: проблемы и пути их решения. Клинические лекции

Читателю предлагается беседа на тему одного из опаснейших заболеваний ургентной абдоминальной хирургии — острого панкреатита. Благоговейный трепет охватывает любого клинициста, имеющего честь столкнуться с тяжёлой формой панкреатита. Слова эпиграфа на обложке в полной мере передают эти чувства; их произнёс полвека назад заведующий кафедрой топографической анатомии и оперативной хирургии Ростовского мединститута доцент А. А. Голубев. Беседа с читателем построена в виде лекций, в основу которых положены знания и умения коллектива Санкт-Петербургского городского панкреатологического центра за 38 лет его существования. Чтобы беседа была интересной, статистика сведена до минимума. Всех проблем решить невозможно: решишь одну, тут же появляются ещё новые две-три и так до бесконечности. Идея книги в том, чтобы читатель, познакомившись с проблемами лечения острого панкреатита (лекции 1—9), задумался вместе с автором о том, как их решить, и как самому читателю в этом поучаствовать. Последняя лекция посвящена психическим расстройствам при остром и хроническом панкреатите. Дефицит знаний по этому вопросу у практикующих хирургов, с одной стороны, и возрастающая частота встречаемости психосоматической патологии в клинической практике, с другой стороны, заставили автора просить соответствующих специалистов поделиться знаниями по этому вопросу. В конце книги опубликованы Национальные клинические рекомендации «Диагностика и лечение острого панкреатита», которые были утверждены и рекомендованы к практическому применению 8 октября 2015 г. на XII Съезде хирургов России в г. Ростове-на-Дону.

The reader is invited to a conversation on the topic of one of the most dangerous diseases of urgent abdominal surgery – acute pancreatitis. Awe fills any clinician who has the honor of encountering a severe form of pancreatitis. The words of the epigraph on the cover fully convey these feelings; they were said half a century ago by the head of the department of topographic anatomy and operative surgery of the Rostov Medical Institute, associate professor A. A. Golubev. The conversation with the reader is structured in the form of lectures, which are based on the knowledge and skills of the staff of the St. Petersburg City Pancreatology Center over the 38 years of its existence. To keep the conversation interesting, statistics are kept to a minimum. It is impossible to solve all problems: you solve one, two or three new ones immediately appear, and so on ad infinitum. The idea of ​​the book is that the reader, having become acquainted with the problems of treating acute pancreatitis (lectures 1-9), thinks together with the author about how to solve them, and how the reader himself can participate in this. The last lecture is devoted to mental disorders in acute and chronic pancreatitis. The lack of knowledge on this issue among practicing surgeons, on the one hand, and the increasing incidence of psychosomatic pathology in clinical practice, on the other hand, forced the author to ask relevant specialists to share their knowledge on this issue. At the end of the book, the National Clinical Guidelines “Diagnostics and Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis” are published, which were approved and recommended for practical use on October 8, 2015 at the XII Congress of Russian Surgeons in Rostov-on-Don.
