The time has come for the Meteor Festival in memory of our ancestors. The gray wolf Legoshi meets the rabbit Haru again, but he can’t figure out what feelings arose between them. Is this just a predatory instinct or is there something more? And what is the relationship between Haru and Louis the deer? Bengal tiger Bill comes to the black market and persuades Legoshi to try the meat of the herbivore, but despite the refusal, the wolf still encounters an unusual market caretaker…

The manga has received a number of prestigious awards, including the Manga Taisho and the Osamu Tezuka Cultural Prize, and also formed the basis of an anime series.

Манга получила ряд престижных наград, включая «Манга Тайсё» и культурную премию имени Осаму Тэдзуки, а также легла в основу аниме-сериала.
