Two friends Andreika Sedykh and Fedya Boyarchenko find in a forest cave the diary of a deceased partisan – Andreika’s father. From the diary, the boys learn that the partisan detachment was betrayed by a certain Piven. They decide to find the traitor at all costs. The story tells about the interesting adventures of Andreika and Fedya, about the difficulties they have to face.
