The book is dedicated to the history of the construction and daily life of the house church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary of the Imperial Nicholas Tsarskoe Selo Gymnasium, designed by the court architect I. A. Monighetti in 1860. For the first time, the metric books of the temple are published, as well as biographies of its servants, beauticians and artists who created the temple; describes the current state and prospects of restoration.
