The Secret Doctrine is a book that speaks of the religions and ancient teachings of the whole world, tracing and revealing the unity underlying them. This great work, representing a synthesis of science, religion and philosophy, according to E. I. Roerich, was given to shift the consciousness of humanity, which had reached a dead end, entangled in the dead snares of dogma and rushing towards atheism, as well as to tell the truth about spiritualism and thereby preventing many of the disastrous consequences of being carried away by it, and pointing out all the dangers associated with touching this area of ​​otherworldly communications.

The first volume, called “Cosmogenesis,” describes the origin of the worlds, sets out how our globe and its lower kingdoms developed before the appearance of the human form on it. The second volume, which bears the title of Anthropogenesis, discusses the evolution of this form, the kindling of minds through the incarnation of human souls from previous worlds, the subsequent evolution of the early races down to the present time, and the supposed further development of the races in the pursuit of the original great design. The book contains Stanzas from the ancient Book of Dzyan (Dzyan) with corresponding comments, explores archaic symbolism, and compares the Secret Doctrine with modern science.

E. P. Blavatsky was a fiery messenger of the Great Himalayan Brotherhood and received teaching directly in one of the Ashrams in Tibet. The Secret Doctrine says that in this work the key is turned one turn, but to complete knowledge it must be turned seven times.

In this edition, the cover design was made according to the instructions of E. I. Roerich: “This week there was a new joy – we received two more volumes of the “Secret Doctrine” in a blue cover. The color is very beautiful. N.K. believes that it is better to put only “The Secret Doctrine” on the cover without “the synthesis of science, religions, etc.” Also, recently it has become common to put the author’s name on books without inflecting it. Of course, it is quite possible to leave “H. P. Blavatsky” on the inside page, but it is better to put “H. P. Blavatsky” on the cover. I am writing this because, as I understand it, only a few books have been bound, so it will be possible to correct them in subsequent ones. It is even possible to put “H. P.
