You see before you an akathist in honor of the Most Holy and Life-Giving Trinity. In it we glorify and turn to the Trinity, consubstantial and inseparable, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Most often, the akathist of the Most Holy and Life-Giving Trinity is read in a church consecrated in honor of the Holy Trinity or (in any other churches) during the week when the After-Celebration of this twelfth holiday is celebrated. If for some reason you are unable to visit church these days, you can read the akathist at home, so as not only to be imbued with the solemn spirit of the Holiday, but also not to be left without God’s help, to sanctify yourself and your life with His light and by grace.
